1. Nature of Aggregator Service
JoDeals operates purely as a search engine and aggregator for promotional deals and discounts hosted by participating local businesses. We do not directly sell vouchers, coupons, or tickets on our site.
2. Deal Redemption & Validation
To redeem a discount, the user must present the active deal page on their mobile device directly to the partner merchant upon ordering or payment. All offers are subject to the merchant's own terms, conditions, and opening hours.
3. Refunds & Dispute Resolutions
Since JoDeals does not collect or process direct payments from consumers for these deals, no financial refund is available directly from JoDeals. In the event of a dispute regarding service quality or merchant refusal to honor an active discount, please email us and we will investigate and resolve the issue with the partner merchant.
